Short answer: yes. Even rock-solid sleepers can wobble during a leap, teething, or when they’re practising new tricks like rolling, crawling, standing or walking. It’s normal, and it’s usually brief.

Real talk with quick truths:
Your progress isn’t gone. These phases pass once the skill or sniffles settle.
Resettling is a skill. If bedtime is independent, nights usually follow again soon.
Tiny tweaks beat total resets. Often it’s routine balance or comfort not a full retrain.
Sleep needs can change during developmental skills or sickness, so stay on top of your childs sleep needs.
It's completely normal for sleep to be slightly disrupted at these times, just focus on getting back on track promptly as this phase passes.
